Returns may be made on any PureIt unit regardless of the reason for return so long as a Return Authorization Number (RA#) is obtained no later than 60 days of the date of purchase. Any returns after this 60-day period must be made pursuant to the terms of PureIt’s Limited Warranty (meaning the returned unit must be defective). In order to return a Pureit unit, you should first contact Pureit Customer Experience at 1-866-4-PUREIT (1-866-478-7348), Monday - Friday, between 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST, Saturday, 9:00 AM - 5 PM CST, or by email email@example.com, to request a RA#. You must include the RA# on the return package. Returns without an RA#, or with an unauthorized or missing RA#, will be refused by Pureit and will be returned to you at your expense. RETURNS RECEIVED 60 DAYS OR MORE AFTER THE RA# ISSUE DATE MAY BE REFUSED AND RETURNED AT SENDER’S EXPENSE. You are responsible for all shipping, handling, and processing costs on returned Pureit units. You bear the risk of loss during shipment. We therefore strongly recommend that you fully insure your return against loss or damage and that you use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery for your protection. Along with the RA#, when you contact Pureit Customer Service, you will receive the location where you should send your Pureit unit. Returns must be shipped by verifiable tracking number (FedEx, UPS, or USPS Priority) to that location.
The following must be included in the return:
- Order Number, Return Authorization Number (RA#), name, address, zip code, phone number, e-mail address and original packing slip (if purchased online). If purchased at retail, please include the original receipt.
- Put the RA# on the package. If there is no RA# on the package, the Blueair unit will be returned to you at your expense.
- Detailed explanation as to the reason for your return of the Blueair unit.
- The Blueair unit must be packed in its original carton with the original packing materials.
Additional Return Terms & Conditions
All Pureit units must be returned in the original packaging, including all accessories and user manual. Any shipping, handling, and processing costs are non-refundable.
Proof of purchase is required for refunds and returns. Refunds on authorized returned units will be processed within sixty (60) days of receipt at Pureit Returns Center. Your refund will be credited back to the same payment method used to make the original purchase price. You must be able to provide Proof of Delivery (POD) that returned product was actually received by Pureit Returns Center. If Pureit is unable to identify that it received the returned Pureit unit, and you cannot provide proof of such, Pureit will not be liable for any Pureit unit repair, replacement, or refund.
